Adriele Parker

Adriele Parker is a highly experienced individual who has worked in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, Adriele is serving as the Inclusive Designer and Co-Founder at Thumblefly, while also working as a DEI Thought Partner & Strategist at their own company, Adriele Parker LLC. With a background in technical recruiting, project management, and student employment assistance, Adriele has honed their skills in creating and implementing DEI strategies across different organizations. Adriele holds a Master of Arts in Social Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a BFA in Recorded Music from New York University.
