Elaine Schertz is an experienced professional in human factors research with expertise in user-centered design for medical devices. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Factors Researcher I at Tandem Diabetes Care since September 2020, Elaine specializes in user research, analyzing feedback to inform design improvements for insulin pumps.
