Nick Bennett

Nick Bennett is the Chief Operating Officer at Tandem, a next generation consumer focused digital bank and lender based in the UK. Nick joined Tandem in August 2016 and has been instrumental in leading the company through a period of rapid growth.

Prior to joining Tandem, Nick was the COO of Santander UK's Corporate and SME Banking division, where they were responsible for a range of functions including Client Service Centres, Digital Banking, Service Delivery & Operations, Change Management and IT (400+ people).

Nick began their career as a Business Consultant at Ernst & Young in 1999, before moving to Accenture in 2001 where they held the role of Manager. Nick joined Santander in 2005 as Director of Change Management and has since held a number of senior management roles within the retail, commercial and corporate banking divisions.

Nick Bennett's educational career includes completing the Santander Executive Programme at IE Business School and earning a MA in Nick'story from the University of Oxford.
