Carl M. Landis

Carl M. Landis, CMD, has extensive experience in retail management and marketing within the shopping center industry, currently serving as General Manager at Tanger Outlets Riverhead and Tanger Outlets Columbus since January 2016. Prior experience includes significant roles at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., where Carl managed marketing for 34 properties and directed efforts for 17 regional shopping centers across multiple states, focusing on increasing property value through retailer sales. Additional experience includes positions at Express Personnel Services, Marathon Office Interiors, the University of Missouri, and The Richard E. Jacobs Group, where Carl oversaw operations, marketing, budgeting, and staff management. Carl holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communication from the University of Dayton.
