Francesco Alba

Francesco Alba is a seasoned professional with experience in business design and customer experience strategies. Currently serving as the Lead Business Designer at Tangity since June 2020, Francesco has contributed to various projects focused on digital product and strategic design, providing actionable insights to enhance products and experiences. Prior to this, Francesco held positions as a Customer Experience Strategist at Digital Entity and as a Junior Researcher at Politecnico di Milano. A background in translation was gained through an internship at Springer-Verlag London Ltd, and an early entry into the workforce was marked by an internship in health and safety at SIAD S.p.A. Francesco holds a Double Degree in Management Engineering and Product-Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the same institution, and has studied at Université de Technologie de Troyes as an Erasmus student.
