Phil Rofsky

Phil Rofsky is the VP of Legal & Business Affairs at TAO Group Hospitality, where they currently counsel employers on labor relations and employment law matters. Previously, Phil served as Counsel for Legal & Business Affairs at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and was an associate at Littler Mendelson and Genova Burns LLC, focusing on labor law and employee benefits. Phil began their career at The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity after graduating from law school, where they also participated in the Seton Hall Law Advanced Arbitration Clinic and the Penn State Mock Interest Arbitration Team.
