Martin O'Leary is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the MENA region and digital performance sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Marketing for Tap Payments, Martin has previously held key positions at Emaar and DAMAC Properties as Group Digital Performance Director. Additionally, Martin has a strong background in fintech, having worked as the Head of Marketing for Realex Payments, which was acquired by Global Payments Inc. Martin's expertise in brand and digital marketing was further honed at Rabobank, a digital-only bank. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Master of Science in Interactive Media from University College Cork.
