Nitu Gupta

Nitu Gupta, RD, PMP, has extensive experience in health management and nutrition, currently serving as Principal at GNR Health Management, LLC since July 2013 and as Account Director at the Taproot Foundation since 2013. Previously, Nitu held various leadership roles at Sodexo from June 2000 to 2012, including VP of Brand Management and Product Development, where responsibilities included guiding strategic plans and enhancing product offerings across over 1,300 client locations. Nitu's early career included significant positions such as Business Advisory Council member at OCA and Associate at the NRA Nutrition Exec Study Group, as well as serving as Marriott General Manager of the Food and Nutrition Department at Holy Cross Hospital from June 1990 to May 2000, overseeing a substantial food and nutrition operation. Nitu holds a Master's degree in Administration, Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field, both from the University of Maryland.
