Minette Loula is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. From June 2017 to July 2022, Minette held various senior positions at Target, including Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel for Corporate Law, and provided expertise in M&A, strategic transactions, and environmental, social, and governance matters.
