Sean Neighbors

Sean Neighbors is the Vice President of Client Services at TaskUs. Prior to their current role, Sean served as the Vice President of Client Solutions at Expert Global Solutions from September 2004 to October 2015. In this role, Sean was responsible for overseeing the company's customer care support services. Sean also played a key role in developing EGS's vertical expertise, with a deep understanding of industry-specific needs across healthcare, financial services, logistics, retail, media, technology, telecommunications, and utilities.

Before joining Expert Global Solutions, Sean served as the Director of Special Projects and New Market Development at Apparent Networks from August 2001 to January 2004. In this role, Sean was responsible for leading special projects and initiatives aimed at expanding Apparent Network's reach into new markets.

Sean has extensive experience in the customer service and customer care industries. Sean is a strategic thinker and an effective leader, with a proven track record in successfully developing and implementing solutions that drive results.

Sean Neighbors has a Master of Business Administration from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts from Dominican University of California. Sean specializes in marketing and international business.

Sean Neighbors reports to Kerry Carstairs, SVP, Client Services. They are on a team with Shawn Stoner - Director of Client Services, Jenny Smith Byers - Vice President of Client Services, and Toriah Van Heuvelen - VP, Client Services.
