Ajay Bhasin

Ajay Bhasin has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies. AJAY began their career in 2001 as a Site Lead HR at FCC - CCL Joint Venture, where they were responsible for ISO certifications, mass recruitment, and licensing for plant startup. AJAY then joined Panacea Biotec in 2005 as a Plant HR, where they focused on manpower planning and mass recruitment for a green field project.

In 2006, Ajay moved to Johnson & Johnson Limited as a Plant Human Resources Manager, where they implemented strategic hiring and individual development plans to foster employee engagement and accountability. AJAY continued to develop their skills in the human resources field at GlaxoSmithKline in 2011, serving as a Plant Human Resources Manager.

Ajay's career progressed to Britannia Industries Limited in 2012, where they held multiple roles. As the Head HR for the Bread Business, they supported business growth in new geographies.
