Rajat Kaushal

Rajat Kaushal is the Head of International Marketing Group, RoW at Tata Consulting Engineers. Rajat has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.

Rajat started their career as a Systems Officer at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd in 1999. Rajat then moved to Infosys Technologies Ltd in January 2000, where they worked as an Engagement Manager for Engineering Services & PLM/ Digital, Europe. In this role, they were responsible for business development and client relationship management for Infosys's European customers.

In September 2013, Rajat joined Tata Consulting Engineers as the Head of International Marketing Group, RoW. In this role, they are responsible for the marketing and sales of Tata Consulting Engineer's products and services in the RoW markets.

Rajat Kaushal has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EU Business School and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.

They are on a team with Sachin Dewasthalee - Chief Financial Officer, Kalpana Jaishankar - Head, Human Resource & CSR, and Pravin Shahu - Head, Digital & Advanced Technologies. Rajat Kaushal reports to Amit Sharma, Managing Director.
