Prasanna Shetty

Prasanna Shetty is a seasoned Treasury Professional with extensive experience in Fund Raising and Risk Management. Currently serving as Head of Treasury at Tata Electronics since 2025, Prasanna previously held the position of Associate Vice President of Corporate Treasury and Insurance at Tata Communications from 2003 to 2024. Throughout the career, roles included General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, focusing on corporate treasury functions such as cash management, forex management, resource raising, and compliance with accounting standards. Prasanna was instrumental in establishing the Revenue Assurance function at Tata Communications. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, along with foundational studies from Narsee Monjee College and Mary Immaculate Girls High School.
