Anjali Byce

Anjali Byce is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Prior to this role, Anjali served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from January 2019 to July 2025. Anjali also held the position of Director HRSK at SKY KF India from August 2011 to January 2019 and served as Group Head HR for the Cooling and Heating Business at Thermax Limited from June 2009 to July 2011. Earlier in the career, Anjali was the Head of HR, IR, HSE, and Women’s Affinity Group Leader at Cummins Sales and Service India Limited from June 2008 to April 2009. Anjali holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and completed a program on Orchestrating Winning Performance at IMD in January 2015.
