Aditya Sareen has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Head Corporate and Business HR at TATA Power since August 2014, overseeing various corporate functions and international joint ventures. Previous roles include leadership positions in Learning and Development at Landmark Group in the MENA region and Talent Management at GMR Group, where responsibilities encompassed talent development, employee engagement, and performance management. Aditya's career began in business development and progressed through training and HR roles at organizations such as Reliance Industries, Standard Chartered Bank, and NIS Sparta. Aditya holds multiple advanced degrees in Human Resource Management, General Management, and Finance, along with a Bachelor’s in Commerce.
