Helen Bass serves as the VP, Global Head of Marketing and Insights at Tate & Lyle, a position they have held since 2022. With a robust background in consumer planning and insights, they previously worked at Diageo from 2011 to 2019, where they held several senior roles including Consumer Planning Director for Europe and Russia. Before Diageo, Helen gained experience at J Sainsbury's as an Insights Manager and Senior Brand Manager, and began their career as a Senior Research Executive at Millward Brown. They earned a BA in European Studies, focusing on politics and economics, from the University of Southampton in 1997.
