Sinéad Lalor

Sinéad Lalor is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within research and development, structural engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Head of Research & Development - Cloud Solutions & Innovation at Tate since January 2021, Sinéad has held positions including R&D Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Structural Engineer at DBFL Consulting Engineers Ltd., where involvement spanned multiple sectors and high-profile projects such as the Knockrabo apartment development and Primark refurbishments across Europe. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Graduate R&D Engineer at Medtronic and a Student Engineer at Tomra Systems ASA. Sinéad holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from University of Galway.
