Rohan Kumar Pradhan

Rohan Kumar Pradhan is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Tavant since October 2025, Rohan previously worked at Fractal, where significant contributions included the creation of a regression model to enhance demand estimation in retail, utilizing Kedro for pipeline automation and boosting algorithms for optimization. Prior to that, as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro, Rohan developed a web application for analyzing customer experience survey data, incorporating machine learning techniques for sentiment analysis and clustering. Rohan's career began at Accenture as an Application Development Analyst and Associate Software Engineer. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology, completed in 2017.
