Clair Preece

Clair Preece is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Taylor Wimpey plc since January 2017, Clair has previously held similar positions at Tarmac and Kier Group, where roles included HR Business Partner for Highways, Employee Relations Manager for the South, and HR Business Partner for Utilities. Clair's career began at Simpson Strong-Tie, progressing from HR Assistant to HR Adviser. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a 2.1 in HRM, Law and Business Administration, as well as an HND in Business and Finance from the University of Derby, along with CIPD certification from Solihull College.
