Kwayne R. Huggins

Kwayne R. Huggins, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Accountability Coach at All In PM Prep since February 2024 and holds the position of Operations Manager at TAYLORED FULFILLMENT SERVICES since April 2022, also previously functioning as Senior Transload Manager. Prior experience includes Warehouse Operations Supervisor at NFI from October 2019 to April 2022, where performance analysis led to significant reductions in red blood cell losses and increased yield in operations at Grifols as an Operations Supervisor in 2018-2019. Kwayne's career began in the US Army as Project Lead from February 2010 to May 2018, where management of training events and projects yielded marked performance improvements. Kwayne obtained an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business (2021-2023) and a BSBA in Management (Cum laude) from Purdue Global (2019-2021).
