Taylor Jeffers, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career at Montclair State University as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Financial Aid and also worked as an Assistant Coach for the Women's Basketball team. After that, Taylor joined the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Production Trainee and later became a Content Coordinator. They then worked as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator for ANEW Christian Magazine before transitioning to the corporate sector.

In 2016, Taylor joined Bed Bath & Beyond and held various positions within the Brand Marketing department, including Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, where they designed a new hire orientation and onboarding plan to reduce turnover and increase employee retention. After their time at Bed Bath & Beyond, Taylor joined The Black Bachelorette as an Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager.

Taylor also has experience as an Influencer/Content Creator under the Instagram handle @_taylormade. In 2019, they started their own company called Taylormade it., where they served as a Brand Strategist & Website Designer. They recently transitioned to the role of Brand Consultant, focusing on influencers and small businesses.

Additionally, Taylor has worked at Matador Network as a Social Media Content Producer/Talent and will be serving as a Public Speaker at Montclair State University and Workshop Leader at Georgian Court University in 2023.
