Olga Kovtun

Olga Kovtun is a Product Lead with over ten years of experience in the fintech industry. Currently, as the Head of Product at Tinkoff, they manage cross-functional Agile teams and develop product strategies for a digital document generation platform. Previously, Kovtun served as Senior Product Manager at Promsvyazbank, where they scaled internet acquiring services, and held various roles at other organizations, including Deputy Director at Transaero Airlines and Senior Project Manager at VTB. They hold an engineer's degree and a bachelor's degree in economics from Kuban State University of Technology.
