Torben Paulin

Torben Paulin currently serves as CEO of TCM Group A/S since February 2020 and has been an Advisory Board Member at River Online since September 2018. Since January 2018, Torben Paulin has been a member of the board at Zefyr Invest A/S, while also owning KVM International A/S and Tytex A/S. Previously, Torben Paulin held the position of Chairman of the Board at Skorstensgaard A/S from March 2020 to April 2021 and was Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO at Frandsen Group prior to its successful transaction to Nine United A/S. Torben Paulin was CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board at NDI Group A/S from 2015 until July 2019 and served as an Advisory Board Member at Gardenlife Aps, which was successfully sold to Esschert Design. Torben Paulin’s earlier experience includes a long tenure as CEO and Vice President Retail at BoConcept A/S and Chairman at Olitec Packaging Solutions K/S. Educational qualifications include a Bestyrelsesuddannelse from Copenhagen Business School and an HD 1 degree from the University of Southern Denmark.
