Gayathri Shriram

Gayathri Shriram is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and Agile transformation. As a Unit Agile Leader at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2012, Gayathri Shriram has acted as an Agile transformation consultant, providing OKR training and implementation roadmaps for various client teams. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd., where Gayathri Shriram designed low voltage switchgear, and as Team Leader at Changepond Technologies, focusing on both low and high voltage switchgear design. Other roles include Design Engineer at Synectix India Ltd., specializing in MCC and MDB designs for Australian clients, and a trainee position at Rittal India Private Limited. Gayathri Shriram holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, a PGPM from Sunstone, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Theatre Arts for Holistic Development at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute.
