Karen Ganzlin

Karen Ganzlin is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at TD Ameritrade. Karen has held this position since October 2020.

Ganzlin has over 38 years of experience in human resources. Karen began their career in 1982 as a Senior Vice President Human Resources at TD Bank Group. Karen held this position for 23 years before moving to TD Ameritrade in 2005. At TD Ameritrade, Ganzlin served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer from 2005 to 2020.

In January 2013, Ganzlin joined the board of Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, where they served as Board Chair and member of the Executive Committee from 2013 to 2019.

Ganzlin has a long history of commitment to their community. Karen is a board member of the Aksarben Foundation and a former board member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.

Karen Ganzlin has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and an Executive Development Program in Business and Finance from Northwestern University.
