Crystal Hoang

Crystal Hoang, PMP, PSM, has extensive experience in project management and analysis, currently serving as a Scrum Master at TD since July 2021, recognized as a League of Excellence Recipient for 2024. Crystal has progressed through TD's Project Management Rotational Associate Program, completing rotations in TD Insurance and Business Banking, where responsibilities included supporting high-value projects, managing project artifacts, and preparing business cases for investment committees. Prior co-op roles at TD and other organizations involved data analysis, financial modeling, and operational support, showcasing strong analytical and organizational skills. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, specializing in Economics & Management Science, with minors in Finance and Psychology.
