Meaghan Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at TD since December 2021, Meaghan previously held various key positions at Evolve IP, including Senior Manager and Manager of Business Systems, where contributions involved business process improvement, systems strategy, and M&A system integration. Earlier roles include Human Resources Coordinator at NSM Insurance Group and Human Resources & Operations Assistant at Spherion. Meaghan's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lycoming College, where leadership in research and data analysis was demonstrated through collaborative projects and presentations at industry conferences.
