Yoko Reynolds

Yoko Reynolds is a skilled professional with extensive experience in experience design and strategy, currently serving as a Manager at TD since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yoko was a Managing Consultant and Product Design Lead at IBM Canada from March 2016 to June 2022, where Yoko focused on UX and interactive design for the financial sector and practiced IBM Design Thinking. As the Owner and Project Manager at DESIGN YOKO from August 2007 to December 2017, Yoko was responsible for conceptualizing design projects, creating wireframes and prototypes, and managing client proposals and technical documentation. Yoko also held web design roles at Bits Box Inc. and Metroland Media Group, along with a position as a Senior Recruiter at Temple University Japan. Yoko holds a BA in English and Applied Linguistics from Temple University Japan and various certifications, including a Graphic Design certificate from Humber College.
