Peter Shay

Peter Shay is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Manager for Complex Claims at TD Insurance since September 2020, Peter previously held various positions, including Complex Claims Specialist and Reserve Integrity Advisor at TD Insurance, All Lines Adjuster at ClaimsPro Inc., and General Manager at Paul Davis Restoration. Peter is responsible for managing the Residential and Bodily Injury Units in Halifax and also serves as the Technical Manager for all lines of business. Peter holds a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and completed education at Sackville High School.
