Hanford Lin

Hanford Lin, M.A. Ed, currently serves as the Director of Institutional Giving and Grants at Teach For America, a position held since January 2022. With extensive experience as a freelance and pro bono grants and proposal writer since 2013, Hanford has contributed to various non-profits and small businesses. Previous roles include Foundations and Corporate Grants Writer at Food & Friends from July 2020 to January 2022, Special Projects Lead at Tzu Chi Foundation from August 2014 to July 2020, and Grant Writer and Project Analyst at Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation from January 2011 to July 2014. Hanford's expertise also includes teaching English as a Second Language at Cal Poly Pomona and working as a teacher and grant writer at Rosemead Youth Leadership Center. Hanford holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's Degree in English Education, both from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
