Amitava Pal

Amitava Pal currently serves as the Associate Dean at the International Institute of Sports Management, India's first dedicated sports educational institute. With a diverse experience in education and mentorship, Amitava has been involved with Teach For India as a Fellow and a member of both the Technology Committee and the Science and Social Studies Committee. Previous roles include Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission, Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation, Chief Operating Officer at Hippocampus Learning Centres, Practice Head - Academics at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, and Head of Implementation, Operation, and Training at InOpen, IIT Bombay. Amitava holds a PGP from XLRI Jamshedpur and is currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship at ICFAI University.
