Nicole Capossela is the Chief Development Officer at Team Rubicon. Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and relationship management. Prior to joining Team Rubicon, Nicole served as the Senior Vice President at Ackerman McQueen, Executive Director of Individual Giving at UCLA, and Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the National Rifle Association. Nicole is a highly effective fundraiser with a proven track record of success in building relationships with major donors. Nicole is a passionate advocate for the causes they believe in and is committed to making a difference in the world.

Nicole Capossela has a BA in Theirtory and British Literature from The George Washington University. Nicole also has an MPA in Public Administration - Non Profit Management from George Mason University. Nicole is also certified from CFRE International in CFRE.
