Jason Paru

Jason Paru is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sparq since September 2025, Jason previously held dual positions as COO and CFO at Source Advisors and LAC Group, where significant contributions included positioning companies for successful exits and overseeing growth strategies. Other notable roles include CFO positions at Estify, Inc., Walker Advertising, and Pinnacle Workforce Logistics, where Jason managed substantial budgets and led cross-functional teams. Jason’s early career involved turnaround and financial advisory work at MorrisAnderson & Associates and Mesirow Financial Consulting, following an initial role as a Private Equity Analyst at Lake Capital LLC. Jason holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Finance, and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
