Tineke Harris

Tineke Harris currently serves as the Operations and Impact Lead for Global Advocacy & Influencing at Tearfund, where responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, strategic direction, and facilitating team strategy. Previously, Tineke held senior roles at Reprieve UK, including Operations Director and Legal Director for the Death Penalty Team, managing both finance and legal teams while enhancing project evaluation. Earlier experience includes positions at International Justice Mission in Rwanda and India, focusing on human rights projects, and at Baker & McKenzie as an Associate in EC Competition & Trade Law. Tineke holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Durham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College London, among other educational qualifications.
