Rachael Zavodnyik serves as the Regional General Counsel at Tech Mahindra since April 2025. Previously, Rachael held the positions of Contract Director and Regional Counsel at Cubic Transportation Systems and Associate Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Infosys, where leadership in legal and government affairs contributed to significant expansion and growth across the APAC region. Rachael's extensive legal career includes roles at Lawyers On Demand, Dib Lawyers, Accenture, Vodafone, Electronic Data Systems, Australian Government Solicitor, and Dell Technologies. Rachael holds multiple degrees in law, including an LLM from the University of Sydney, and has completed leadership programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
