Grace McKinney

Grace McKinney is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Interim Executive Director and previously as the Deputy Director at TechCongress since April 2024. Prior to this role, Grace was the Partnership Manager at Tech Talent Project from June 2021 to March 2024, where expertise in program management and government application navigation was developed. Grace also held the position of Head of Talent and Hiring at CivicActions from January 2019 to May 2021, focusing on creating an effective hiring process. Previously, Grace worked at the United States Digital Service as Lead of Talent Operations and Talent Operations Specialist from May 2016 to December 2018, overseeing selection processes and managing applicants. Grace's early career included work as Program and Events Coordinator for the University Library at Georgetown University from August 2014 to May 2016, where event design and coordination were key responsibilities. Grace earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature with a Minor in Women's and Gender Studies from Georgetown University and attended Hood College from January 2009 to May 2010.
