Birte Harder

Birte Harder serves as Leiterin Corporate Learning and Project Manager for HR & Organisation at Die Techniker since November 2014. Prior to this, Birte held the role of HR Business Partner and HR Project Specialist at Nestlé from July 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities included HR Project Management for the development of a new Nescafé Dolce Gusto Factory in Schwerin, alongside organizational design and recruiting strategies. Birte's career began with multiple internships in talent management, recruiting, and sales across various companies, culminating in a Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kiel University, earned between 2003 and 2009.
