Alexandre Schmitt

Alexandre Schmitt currently serves as Lead Piping and Layout at Technip Energies since August 2021, overseeing the general installation team for the Ynsect project's Ynfarm. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked at TechnipFMC as Lead Installation Générale, managing the same Ynsect project from March 2020 to August 2021. From October 2014 to August 2021, Alexandre held various positions at ALTEN, including Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting lead piping and coordinating piping for significant projects like Flammanville 3 and Hinkley Point C. Additionally, Alexandre served as a piping coordinator at Edvance and as a Process Engineer at SPIE. Alexandre's early career included internships at The Dow Chemical Company, contributing to the design of industrial pilots and addressing various technical aspects within the chemical engineering domain. Alexandre holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur chimiste in process engineering from CPE Lyon (2010-2014) and completed preparatory classes at the institution des chartreux.
