Pascale Dumon-Poiret

Pascale Dumon-Poiret has amassed significant experience in internal communications over several decades. Currently serving at Technip Energies since 2006, Pascale has held the position of Director of Internal Communication, Campaigns, and Events, managing communication for a network of 15,000 employees. Key accomplishments include the overhaul and management of internal media, supporting organizational changes, and the implementation of a new brand identity platform. Prior to Technip Energies, Pascale contributed to Carlson Wagonlit Travel as Director of Group Internal Communications, overseeing a global team and enhancing group identity and international performance culture. Earlier roles at Carlson Wagonlit also included European communication and international marketing responsibilities. In addition, Pascale was a member of the board of the French Association of Internal Communication until 2020. Educational credentials include a DESS in International Trade, Economics, and Management from Université Paris II - Panthéon Assas.
