Nisha Rai

Nisha Rai is Executive Vice President, People & Culture for TechnipFMC, where she is responsible for employee development, engagement and inclusion, as well as driving the values, behaviours and foundational beliefs of TechnipFMC. Prior to joining TechnipFMC, Ms. Rai held a succession of senior leadership positions in People & Culture operations, most recently serving as Vice President & Global Head of HR at MRC Global Inc.

Before joining MRC Global Inc., Nisha held leadership roles in HR and Total Rewards at LyondellBasell Industries and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP. She began her career as a consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, where she worked on strategic HR projects in a variety of public and private organizations, including Fortune 500 multinationals.

Ms. Rai holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the Ohio State University.
