Tom Scherer

Tom Scherer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Techtronic Industries (TTI) since October 2015, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources. With a track record of advancing through various HR roles, Tom leads a team focused on enhancing the employee experience for a field team of over 1,000 individuals. Prior to TTI, Tom worked at Chezzam Event Group as an Event Coordinator, specializing in high-end event planning, and at Viva Loco Italian/Mexican Restaurant, where managerial responsibilities included front-of-house operations and private catering. Tom holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, as well as a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Adelphi University.
