Adrian E. Gonzalez Reyna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, recruiting, and management consulting. Currently, Adrian serves as Managing Partner for Mexico at TRANSEARCH and as a Professor of Innovation and Talent Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Adrian is also the founder and Managing Partner of ESTEGO Consulting, specializing in the Oil and Gas, Technology, and Telecommunications sectors in Mexico and the USA. Previous roles include Academic Coordinator for the Master's program in Technologies for Sustainable Development at Universidad Anáhuac and Partner at CT Partners, where Adrian contributed to executive recruitment. Additionally, Adrian has held various leadership positions at CFE Telecom, Global Crossing, Yoyomedia, and Interbrand, and began a career as an Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Adrian holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and degrees in Engineering and Electronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Instituto Tecnologico de Matamoros.
