Assaf Hamdani

Assaf Hamdani is a Professor of Law at Tel Aviv University since October 2017, with a robust academic background including visiting professorships at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Law School and Columbia Law School. Hamdani served as the William Nelson Cromwell Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School in early 2022 and has held several visiting professor roles at various law schools since 2015. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Hebrew University, where Hamdani was a Professor from 2007 to 2017, and prior positions at Bar Ilan University and Goodwin Procter, where responsibilities included roles in corporate and tax departments. Hamdani holds an SJD and LLM from Harvard Law School and an LL.B from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
