Jackie Grochowalski

Jackie Grochowalski, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Cybersecurity at Teladoc Health since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as the Senior Identity and Access Management Leader at 3M and the Head of Identity and Access Management and Security Engineering at MassMutual, where significant achievements included implementing a Password-less solution and creating an enterprise-wide Identity and Access Strategy. Jackie has also held positions at Barings as the Director of Security Administration and Desktop Support, where oversight included managing IT solutions for global investment services, and at Babson Capital Management as both Associate Director and Analyst, focusing on employee data systems and IT service satisfaction. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA and a Master's in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University, along with a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor in Marketing from Salem State University.
