Hazem Ali Farag

Hazem Ali Farag is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with significant experience at Telecom Egypt since April 2015, currently serving as a Senior VAS Design Engineer and previously as an Enterprise Solution Planning and Service Provisioning Engineer, focusing on IP networks and data services provisioning. Hazem has also worked in project management and service delivery, validating customer requests for internet and VPN services. Prior to Telecom Egypt, experience included roles as a Presales Engineer and Installation Engineer at Unitel, developing solutions for IP LAN networks and managing fiber cable installations. Hazem began their career at FreeBusiness, specializing in communication and electronic devices. An alumnus of the Higher Institute of Engineering - El Shorouk Academy with a degree in Communication and Electronics Engineering, Hazem graduated with excellence in 2011, following an impressive academic record at Abdel Aziz Al Soad Experimental Language School.
