Erika Beck

Erika Beck currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs - Biologics at Teleflex, overseeing all regulatory activities for the biologics division, including BLA resubmissions and IND updates, while managing FDA communications to secure critical program approvals. Prior experience includes directing regulatory strategy at Join Parachute, LLC, achieving initial BLA approval and subsequent license expansions, along with managing regulatory audits and compliance at BPL Plasma, where innovative audit processes were implemented. Erika began a career in research and technical roles, including positions as Research Technician Coordinator at PPD and Lab Technician at Seatex Ltd., after earning a BS in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
