Phyllis Manguluti

Phyllis Manguluti is the Managing Executive-Regional Operations. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Phyllis has over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry. She joined TNM in July 1999 and was instrumental in establishing TNM’s Network Management Centre which monitors and reports on network availability and performance 24/7 using an integrated solution. In 2019 she was appointed as Chief Channels Officer.
