Ferina Julia Mardhiyah

Ferina Julia Mardhiyah is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Officer 3 Developer in the Digital Business & Technology Division at Telkom Indonesia since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ferina participated in the Great People Trainee Program at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology as a Business Process Analyst from January to July 2022. Ferina's career includes work as an IT Business Analyst at PT Berlian Sistem Informasi, where responsibilities included gathering customer requirements, creating user interface and functional designs, arranging user acceptance testing, and producing project documentation for various digital applications. Additionally, Ferina served as an IT Implementor, providing training and support for the implementation of a new Dealership Management System for automotive dealers across Indonesia. Ferina holds a Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2019.
