Azura Mokhtar

Azura Mokhtar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and client services across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at TP since September 2025, Azura previously held the position of Global Client Services Director at TDCX from April 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Azura worked at Teleperformance as the Global Operational Excellence Director for Google Sales and led various roles related to customer success and acquisition within Google Ads and Google Cloud from July 2018 to March 2022. Azura's career began at Google in 2016 as the Head of Vendor Sales for the APAC region, focusing on sales operations management. Azura started in the industry at Aegis and Citi, demonstrating a solid background in sales and team leadership. Azura holds a degree from the University of Malaya, completed in 2007.
