Nikola Filipović

Nikola Filipović, PhD, is a Data Scientist at Telesign since July 2022, focusing on enhancing digital identity solutions through the application of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms for fraud detection. Prior to this, Nikola served as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš from September 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included conducting practice lessons for undergraduate and graduate courses, researching Quantum and Nonlinear Optics, co-authoring six peer-reviewed scientific articles, and engaging in science promotion activities. Nikola also has experience as a Junior Teaching Assistant and Teacher at Gymnasium Svetozar Marković, specializing in physics education for talented students. Academic credentials include a PhD in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, a Master's degree in General Physics, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, all obtained from the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš.
